As a professional dancer for the last two decades, I have always been able to use the cardio and energy spent during a rehearsal or performance to stay in extreme tip-top shape. I have performed in many Broadway in New York, as well as performed on almost every talk show from The Today Show, Ellen Degeneres Show, The Tonight Show, other talk shows, and commercials. I have performed on the Academy Awards, The Tony Awards, The Image Awards, and performed with multiple artists from Bette Midler, Common, Andra Day, Aretha Franklin, Sting, and more. I even had the privilege to dance on the Oprah Winfrey Show before she retired from her talk show. 

 

The entertainment industry was completely shut down as a result of the pandemic, and I packed on my fair share of Covid 19 lbs.  I packed on even MORE pounds when I found out that my father, whom I was very close with, was diagnosed with Cancer. My health took a turn for the worse, and I knew I had to do something about it. My blood pressure was off the charts and extremely high, along with my cholesterol for the first time in my life. I had to make a change immediately!  The great thing is, I have created a fun way to get back into shape and find joy again. My health made a miraculous change for the better because of exercising on a rebounder, and I knew I had to share it with as many people as possible!

 

It's called Hip Hop Bounce Fitness™, a total body workout that incorporates rebounding mixed with aerobics, and simple dance steps put to exciting Hip Hop Music.  As a black belt in Shotokan Karate, elements of kickboxing and a series of punches are also incorporated into the workout as well.

Hip Hop Bounce™ Fitness is fit for all ages, all fitness goals, and all levels.  60 minutes of running on the treadmill are equivalent to only 10-15 minutes on a rebounder, making it also fitting and effective for shorter workouts.  Rebounding is the only form of exercise that uses all 638 muscles. Once again, saving you time from having to work several muscle groups separately. This exciting high cardio and low impact workout is the perfect combination to lose weight, get in shape with no stress to the joints or muscles providing total-body workout results in less time than conventional programs.  The bonus is it is super fun and you can't help but feel like a kid again!
